Summary
The Media Planner will lead the planning, buying, executing, and reporting of paid media campaigns. The core focus will be on digital media but the ideal candidate will also have a general understanding of traditional media for integrated marketing campaigns.

The Media Planner will report into the Media Supervisor and is usually supported by an Assistant Media Planner.

This role provides the opportunity to work across several clients in both B2B and B2C industries as part of a fully integrated media team and agency.


Responsibilities
Research

  • Utilize research tools to gather information and drive key insights and strategies to be used in developing media plans
    • Tools include, but are not limited to eMarketer, Nielsen @Plan, Digital Content Ratings etc.
  • Development of POV’s on current trends

Media Planning, Buying, and Management

  • Work with Media Supervisor to develop strategies and media plan recommendations
  • Send RFP’s (request for proposals) to media partners, review proposals, and provide client recommendation
  • Development of media recommendation and presenting to clients
  • Execute media plans by managing insertion orders, gathering creative specs, & managing quality assurance
  • Day-to-day management of media plans including budget oversight and media partner invoice approval
  • Work closely with client leadership team handling client requests and questions
  • Collaborating with social media team on paid social strategies

Trafficking
This function will also be supported by an Assistant Media Planner

  • Load campaign details and creative assets into third party ad serving tool DoubleClick (DCM)
  • Load keywords and ad copy into Google Adwords
  • Set up tracking and Q/A
  • Pull campaign performance data for client reporting, and implement into client presentation
  • Lead analysis of performance data and identify changes to make within a campaign to improve performance
  • Trafficking and reporting of digital marketing campaigns

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience working on digital media campaigns at an agency or as part of internal department

Make247 is the internal Production Department at Schafer Condon Carter.  On any day, we might have 4 or 5 video projects being edited, a photo shoot in our studio and a few people out shooting somewhere in Chicago for a client project.   We “Make” stuff from social media posts, to slick broadcast commercials for our clients.

 

Responsibilites

Your priority will be to support the MAKE247 team. Anything from being a production assistant on a shoot to keeping the studio organized or making sure our camera batteries are charged, we’re looking for someone who’s always on top of it.

 

When there isn’t a shoot happening, this person will sift through past videos and content and organize and upload to our library systems.

 

The production intern will have the opportunity to work with all departments from creative, to client leadership to the digital team and will have exposure to how a fast paced advertising agency operates.

Summary

Qualifications

Office Manager | Corporate Facilities Manager

You will be the glue. The go-to when someone needs something, anything. The Office Manager will oversee all aspects of SCC’s building operations to ensure that it remains well maintained, organized, stocked and functioning to it’s utmost capacity.

 

The Office Manager will also be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, managing internal projects and coordinating the back end agency-wide operations.

 

What you’ll do

·      Manage facilities-related projects including maintenance requests, office supply inventory, furniture procurement, phone systems, etc.

·      Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners who provide building/office services including maintenance, delivery, security, IT/copy, grocery, supply, HVAC, internet (etc.) partners

·      Maintain vendor database and oversee vendors while in the office

·      Track and maintain facilities budget, inventory and annual costs. Provide recommendations to partners when improvements/maintenance is required

·      Maintain SCC’s security and sound systems

·      Maintain office environment including but not limited to keeping conference rooms stocked, organized and highly functional, keeping bar and kitchen inventory updated and stocked and bathroom and supply room stocked.

·      Provide front desk coverage and back up support to administrative teams when needed

·      Maintain SCC equipment and troubleshoot minor issues with systems including polycoms and conference room technology

·      Light maintenance of SCC facilities (ceiling tiles, light bulbs, air filters, etc.)

·      Organize and facilitate internal events, presentations, meetings, social hours, concerts, client visits, etc.

·      Provide office tours and building onboarding including overseeing/training any temporary administrative team members when internal team members are out of the office

·      Communicate effectively with internal team on agency needs and keep staff notified of building related issues as needed

·      Responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations of the office such as distributing building access keys, maintenance and housekeeping requests, etc.

·      Other projects/responsibilities as needed

·      On call contact for any building related emergencies
